The Elysee project is on the shores of Biscayne Bay in Edgewater, Miami. This tower condo is the perfect representation of luxury in Miami. The decor and the colors of this luxury Miami residence enhance even more the mesmerizing and panoramic views that the two oversized terraces give over the bay and the city.

Luxury Miami Residence
The luxury Miami residence provides right at the entrance, the true experience of sophistication to a high level. The Elysee includes a private elevator entry, an expansive open format layout with 10' ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and two oversized terraces that show the beauty of the city and bay.
Interiors of The Elysee must meet the city's feelings from comfort, to glamour, and sophistication. So, this resulted in a modern decor, with the client's incredible and existing art and a dash of Brutalist whimsy. The colors are based on the hues of the varying sky and skyline during the course of the day. For this reason, a palette of copper, greys, and deep blues was chosen for the main space.

Miami is about luxury and glamour but it's also about feeling comfortable in a cozy decor.
DLab Interiors also designed the two terraces of this luxury Miami residence. They are notably distinct in views at the same time that transmits the most relaxing and vibrant vibes. One terrace has views over the bay and the other over the city. The design team wanted to create a spa-like look and feel through the use of comfortable outdoor pieces in which Myface is included.
Is no news that Myface adapts to every project due to its versatility and high range of customization options. For The Elysee project were used the following pieces: Nero bar chair, Ribbon lounge armchair, Noa center table small, Noa bar table, and Noa sunbed. The finishes are Solid Black in fabrics, with Myface Black lacquer, metallic details in Copper Platted, and synthetic leather Gemini Western. The selection of the finishes matches either the interior design as well as the views, giving a relaxing outdoor living to the terrace.
